1. When will I receive my package?
The standard order processing time is 1 to 5 business days, plus the delivery time.
During busy periods such as Black Week, the Holidays, or New Year, this processing time may be extended by a few days.
We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped — you will receive a tracking number.
2. Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for the selected carrier.

4. How can I return a product?
You have 14 days after receiving your package to return it, without providing any reason.
Simply fill out the return form and send the product back in perfect condition.
